Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original DMY Studios packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
